• DISCRIPTION: Thickened Pickling Paste / Gel.
• APPLICATION: Pickling Paste for removal of Weld scale & heat discoloring from stainless steel surface.
• METHOD: Apply with acid resistance Brush, allow time to take Effect, scrub & wash off with water working temperature 5°to 40°C.
• USAGE: 100mtr. Weld run / Kg.
• PACK: 1 / 5 Kg.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE:

S-2 WELD CLEAN PASTE IS USED TO REMOVE THE BLACK OXIDE MARKS OF BURN SEAL LEFT DURING WELDING OF STAINLESS STEEL.

• Degrease & clean weld joint by suitable solvent to remove dirt, dust, grease, oil ,crayon etc. (For best result use our S-2 Cleaner)
• Brush weld area with stainless steel brush.
• Apply S-2 paste with bristle brush.
• Do not expose required area to sun light.
• After 10-45 minutes thoroughly rinse required surface with water, application time will depend on grade & thickness of Stainless steel.
